Dear Friends,
For more than 10 years I was plagued with a chronic pain disorder that left me unable to function for months at a time. At the age of 30, years of emotional trauma and chronic physical pain had manifested into an anxiety disorder that became so bad I barely recognized myself.
Finding my regular yoga practice and a deep self love and self care routine has given me an immeasurable amount of peace and healing and brought me to a place of true connection to all of the beautiful gifts in my life.
That’s why I’m working in partnership with Sol Sisters Inc. to offer the Bay Area Women’s Emotional Wellness through Yoga and EmbodimentSeries beginning March 31, 2019. I am overjoyed to be offering my training as a mental health professional and healer to help other women tap into the emotional and physical wellness that lies within them.
This series will be free to all participants and will include twelve weekly 2 hour sessions comprised of group discussion, talking circle, emotional wellness education, and a full hour yoga practice in each meeting.
