This series is helping me learn how to accept and love myself. I am learning how to create healthy boundaries with others and in my life. When I leave Sunday sessions I feel complete, connected to my fellow womxn, and ready to conquer the week ahead.

“The Bay Area Women’s Emotional Wellness and Yoga Series gives me breath. I am learning new ways to work through many areas of my life that I have overlooked. The Sunday Sessions allow me to journal and then share with others, it is so valuable to have uninterrupted time with other dynamic women on this journey.
